A year after my husband and I moved to Gibraltar, we wanted to buy a house and started looking up the online real estate websites and came across Mulberry Real Estate and Jean Paul Although we didn’t find a house we liked right away, JP helped us find a nice spacious house to rent, where we lived for 3 years until he helped us find our first home. He is very down to earth and approachable. He was patient with the ignorance that we, as first time home buyers, brought to him. He also explained everything we asked about in as much detail as possible with suggestions and alternatives. He was never pushy. There were a few times that he made it clear this was our decision and he'd support us in whatever choice we made, and help us in every way he can. He was quite patient, although many times we lost hope that we would find the right house as the market here in Gib is so small and competitive.
